If my people who bear my name… Please pray for this week….
World – Please pray for positive change in the treatment of Christian North Korean refugees who flee to China to escape persecution. Pray that both countries would meet their human rights obligations.
Deanery – *Arbourthorne with Norfolk Park St Paul and St Leonard *
Pray for the continued children’s outreach programme. Gathering finances and resources. Pray that an Eden Team will come and live in the area, pray that this an attractive proposition for the team and the parish.
St. John’s – give thanks for many new outreach ideas people are having! For example, a coffee morning for local residents, Student lunches in September, and a continuation of the holiday club to run in Emmaus School. Pray that God will show us which ones he wants us to run with and pray that he will raise up teams of people to do them.
